CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

 

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return any unwanted items , provided they're in their original, unused condition and you have taken care of the goods whilst in your possession.

In the interest of hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on any pierced jewellery.

The goods you are returning are your responsibility until we receive them back. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We strongly recommend returning items using a tracked and insured service. We cannot offer refunds if your items are lost in transit.

Returning from outside the UK?

Customs declarations for all International (Including the EU as of 1st Jan 2021) returns must be marked 'Returned goods. No commercial value'' If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us

 

can i Exchange An Item? 

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size (Please check with us if item is available first), however we cannot exchange for a different style or colour. 

The goods you are exchanging are your responsibility until we receive them back. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We strongly recommend returning items using a tracked and insured service. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if your items are lost in transit.

If you require an exchange for a different style or colour, you will need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order

Insufficient address / Return to sender

 

If the address provided is insufficient and the order is returned to sender the item can be re-shipped at the customers expense within 1 month of order date.

 

If customs and duties are not paid and the item is shipped back to us;

 

- You have 1 month to contact us from date of your order to arrange re-delivery and customer will be charged for redelivery.

 

-If item is not claimed and paid for re-delivery in one month from your order date, your order will be added back to our stock and your order will be closed and not refunded.
